US customer rights · Cancellation

Cancel cleanly. Know exactly what can be refunded.

This US public route explains the cancellation journey in plain terms: a 14-day free trial, a first-charge money-back window, and a clear setup-fee rule.

Timeline

What happens from trial to paid service.

Every milestone is designed to be visible before you commit to paid use.

Days 1–14

Free trial

Cancel anytime before Day 15 and no payment is taken.

Day 15

First invoice

$99 subscription plus $199 setup only if automator-led setup applies.

Days 15–29

Money-back window

Request a refund of the first subscription charge within 14 days.

After Day 29

Cancelable anytime

Stop future renewals from the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.

No charge during trial

The first 14 days are free. If you cancel before Day 15, there is nothing to refund because no charge has been made.

Subscription money-back

If your first subscription charge posts on Day 15, you can request a refund of that subscription amount through Day 29.

Setup fee rule

The $199 setup fee covers manual platform-connection and configuration work. Once charged after that work is performed, it is non-refundable.

No retention friction

You can cancel from account settings via the Stripe customer portal or email support. We do not require a retention call or exit interview.

How to cancel

Use the portal or write to us.

Cancel from your account settings through the Stripe customer portal, or email [email protected] from the address on your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

What this page is not

No foreign statutory-withdrawal claim on the US site.

This page does not claim non-US statutory withdrawal rights for US customers. It keeps the route available for public-site parity while using US canon: SMASHONE CORPORATION, Florida, USD pricing, and the published SmashOne money-back policy.
