Refund Policy

Days 1–7 of your subscription are free. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before Day 8, you are charged nothing — there is no payment to refund.

If you are first charged on Day 8 and decide SmashOne is not for you, you may request a full refund of your subscription within 14 days of that first charge (Days 8–22). We process it without requiring a justification.

Cancelling during Days 1–7 results in no charge of any kind.

If you cancel and return within 90 days, your connections and configuration are restored and only the subscription resumes.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not issue a refund by itself: email info@smashone.us from the address on your account within the money-back window and ask for the refund. Identity is verified against the email on file. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After the money-back window closes, your subscription remains cancellable anytime, but past charges are non-refundable except at our sole discretion (goodwill). Chargebacks for charges that comply with these terms may result in account termination.
