Refund Policy
14-day free trial
Days 1–14 of your subscription are free. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before Day 15, you are charged nothing — there is no payment to refund.
Money-back window (Days 15–29)
If you are first charged on Day 15 and decide SmashOne is not for you, you may request a full refund of your subscription within 14 days of that first charge (Days 15–29). We process it without requiring a justification.
Setup fee is non-refundable after Day 15
Where you chose automator-led setup, the one-time $199 setup fee covers manual platform-connection work performed and documented around Day 15. Once the Day-15 charge processes, the setup fee is non-refundable, because the service has been delivered. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the subscription portion.
Cancel during the trial = no charges
Cancelling during Days 1–14 results in no charge of any kind. If an automator performed setup during your trial and you cancel before Day 15, the work is not billed to you (the automator accepts this commercial risk).
Returning within 90 days
If you cancel and return within 90 days, your connections and configuration are restored and you are not charged the setup fee again — only the subscription resumes. After 90 days, your account is treated as a new signup and the setup fee applies again if you choose automator-led setup.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or cancel from your account settings via the Stripe customer portal within the refund window. Identity is verified against the email on file.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After Day 29
After the money-back window closes, your subscription remains cancellable anytime, but past charges are non-refundable except at our sole discretion (goodwill). Chargebacks for charges that comply with these terms (including the non-refundable setup fee) may result in account termination.
