How fast do you reply?
We reply within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Most billing and setup questions are answered the same day.
Can I get a setup call?
Yes. Email [email protected] with “setup call” in the subject and a couple of times that work for you. We walk you through connecting Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
Where do I manage billing?
Open your cabinet and go to Settings → Billing to see your $99/month plan, the one-time $199 setup fee, and every invoice. For changes, write to [email protected].
