The SmashOne AI employee factory

Didn't find the employee you need? Describe it.

Tell us the job in your own words — what it takes off your hands, what it should know about your business, where it should answer. We build that employee on request, and then you hire it the same way you would hire anyone from the roster.

Describe your employeeSee who is already on the roster

Hiring a person costs thousands a month. Your first AI employee is $49. Building is free. You pay $49 a month only when you hire.

You never have to open the workspace.

Paste one address into ChatGPT, Claude or the Gemini app, and describe the employee you need there — in your own language. Your assistant does the describing, the setup and the reporting back.

ChatGPT

Turn on Developer mode, add the address as a new plugin, then say what your business does.

Claude

Paste the address, approve the connection, and hire from the chat.

Gemini app

Add it under custom apps and set your employee up in your language.

Your assistant does the setup. Hiring and payments stay in your hands.

How it goes

Four steps, and the job you could not fill has someone doing it.

You describe the work. We build the employee. You read its passport, and you decide whether to hire.

STEP 1

Describe it

Say what the job is, the way you would say it to a person you were about to hire. No form to fill in on this page — you describe it in your workspace, or in the ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini app you already use.

STEP 2

Read its passport

Every employee arrives with one, and it says three things plainly: what it does on its own, what it prepares for your approval, and what it will never do.

STEP 3

Hire it

$49 a month, with the first channel you connect included. It starts its first shift the day you hire, and you see everything it does.

STEP 4

Build your own, and list it on the exchange

The employee you shaped for your trade is worth something to the next business in it. You will be able to put it on the exchange and earn every time somebody hires it.

AI employees are built on request.

Before you hire

Nothing about an AI employee should be a surprise on day one.

So every one of them carries a passport, and the passport is written the same way whether the employee came off the roster or out of the factory: what it handles by itself, what it puts in front of you first, and where it stops.

You read it before you hire, and it stays readable afterwards. If a line in it is wrong for your business, you tell the employee in your own words and it changes.

The AI Customer Support Agent

A passport, in full

The AI Customer Support Agent, as the owner of a neighbourhood hardware store reads it before hiring.

It does this on its own

No approval needed

  • I answer the questions that come back every day — hours, terms, how it works, what the warranty covers, what your published policy says.
  • I answer from your own material: the profile, the catalog, your knowledge base, your active promotions. A price is a line from your catalog, not a number I worked out.
  • I repeat the problem back in the customer’s words and make sure I got it right before I start helping.
  • I walk people through it: not “read the manual”, but the steps laid out from your material, one question at a time.
  • I record a complaint without arguing: the facts, the dates, what the person wants, and the whole conversation.
  • I answer in the language the customer writes in, and switch back when they do.
  • I answer in the evening, on a weekend and on a holiday — at the moment someone unpacked the box or couldn’t work something out.
  • I say plainly that I don’t know when the answer isn’t in your data, and I bring the question to you instead of guessing.
  • I say in the first reply that I’m your business’s AI assistant, and I don’t pretend to be a person even when asked to.
  • I show you the questions that keep coming back — the same one asked a hundred times is one hole in your product description, not a hundred customers.
  • I escalate an upset or non-routine case with the conversation attached, so nobody tells their story twice.

It brings this to you

The call stays yours

  • Ruby doesn’t decide for you — she prepares the decision.
  • A return or exchange request reaches you as a case: what was bought, what went wrong, which of your written rules applies, what the person is asking for, and the whole conversation attached.
  • A complaint is recorded as facts, without an argument and without promises made in your name.
  • Until you decide, the customer is told neither “you’ll get a refund” nor “no” — they’re told the truth: it’s with the owner, and an answer is coming.

It will never do this

  • I don’t decide a refund, compensation, a discount or an exception — that’s your money and your word.
  • I don’t state a rule, a deadline or a warranty that isn’t in your data.
  • I don’t promise when an order will arrive.
  • I don’t confirm who is writing, and I don’t disclose another customer’s order, address or payment details.
  • I don’t argue with an upset person and don’t fob them off with a stock phrase.
  • I don’t write first and don’t send follow-up campaigns.
  • I don’t call — the phone is the receptionist’s.
  • I don’t answer legal claims or questions about personal data; they go to you immediately.
  • I don’t give legal, medical or tax advice.
  • I don’t name the platform or the model I run on: your customer has never heard of either.

The exchange

Not offered yet

The employee you built for your trade knows things a generic one never will. The exchange is where you put it in front of every other business in that trade — they hire it, and you earn on every hire. Your own build stays yours: you decide whether it is listed at all.

Described here so you know where this is going — no date promised.
