Your catalog and your saved answers are shared by the whole team. Each employee brings its own quota: 1,000 AI replies a month for the ones who answer your customers, posts for the AI SMM Manager, clips for the AI Video Maker. Channels belong to each employee.
Every employee brings its own quota.
1,000 AI replies per month, per role that answers your customers. A reply counts when your employee writes it, whether or not the platform delivers it. It is a hard cap with no automatic overage charge. Reply capacity is not sold separately. Need more? Hire the same role again — allowances add up. The AI Receptionist includes its phone line and 250 minutes; voice usage is counted in minutes, not AI replies.
The AI SMM Manager does not answer customers, so its quota is posts: 5 auto-posts and 5 quick posts a day per business, published to every connected channel. The AI Video Maker's quota is one 8-second clip a day per hire.

- Do prices change if I hire the whole roster?
- No. Every employee is the same price.
- What happens when an employee hits its 1,000 replies?
- That employee stops replying for the rest of the month — and you are told before it happens. The others keep working. If you need more, hire the same role again for $49 a month — each hire brings its own 1,000 replies, and you see them as one allowance. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Do you charge to set it up?
- No. You set it up yourself, in your account or in your own ChatGPT, and there is nothing to pay for setup. Today we set up and verify your employees through ChatGPT. Claude and the Gemini app can connect, but we haven't verified them, so we don't promise them.
- What if the employee I need isn't on the roster?
- Describe them and the SmashOne AI employee factory builds them for you. You read their passport first — what they will do themselves, what they will prepare for your approval, and what they will not do. AI employees are built on request.
- Do you charge to build one?
- No. Building is free, and there are no credits for it — not for the first build, not for changes later. The $49 a month starts when you hire them.
