Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of SmashOne. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination. SmashOne is a tool that helps you publish content and respond to customers across your connected channels; you remain responsible for everything sent through your account.

Prohibited uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  1. Break the law — engage in or promote any illegal activity under U.S. federal or Florida law.
  2. Spam — send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate the policies of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or Google Business Profile, including their messaging and automation rules.
  3. Deceive — impersonate any person or business, misrepresent your affiliation, or run fraudulent, deceptive, or "phishing" schemes.
  4. Post prohibited content — publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualizes minors.
  5. Infringe IP — post content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights of others (see our DMCA process below).
  6. Violate privacy — collect, store, or message individuals without a lawful basis, or upload another person’s data without authority.
  7. Abuse the AI assistant — attempt to make the AI generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive output, or misrepresent AI-generated replies as something other than business communications.
  8. Circumvent limits — exceed, evade, or manipulate plan limits (including the 1,000 AI replies/month per business), or share one subscription across separate businesses.
  9. Compromise security — probe, scan, or breach the Service; introduce malware; or gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
  10. Overload — interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure, or use automated means to place unreasonable load.
  11. Resell improperly — resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted under the Automator/Partner Agreement.
  12. Misuse channels — connect channels you do not own or lack authority to manage.

Enforcement
