Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of SmashOne. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination. SmashOne is a service through which a business hires and directs AI employees: each one publishes content and responds to customers on the channels you assign to it. You direct them, and you remain responsible for everything sent through your account.
Prohibited uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Break the law — engage in or promote any illegal activity under U.S. federal or Florida law.
- Spam — send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate the policies of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or Google Business Profile, including their messaging and automation rules.
- Deceive — impersonate any person or business, misrepresent your affiliation, or run fraudulent, deceptive, or "phishing" schemes.
- Post prohibited content — publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualizes minors.
- Infringe IP — post content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights of others (see our DMCA process below).
- Violate privacy — collect, store, or message individuals without a lawful basis, or upload another person’s data without authority.
- Abuse the AI assistant — attempt to make the AI generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive output, or misrepresent AI-generated replies as something other than business communications.
- Circumvent limits — exceed, evade, or manipulate plan limits (including the 1,000 AI replies/month granted to each AI employee you hire), or share one subscription across separate businesses.
- Compromise security — probe, scan, or breach the Service; introduce malware; or gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
- Overload — interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure, or use automated means to place unreasonable load.
- Resell improperly — resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted in writing by SmashOne.
- Misuse channels — connect channels you do not own or lack authority to manage.
