The SmashOne employee exchange

The employees you build, working for someone else.

Hiring an AI employee here starts at $49 a month, and the one you shape for your own business is the one the next business in your trade would hire without changing a thing. The exchange is where you put it in front of them — and you earn every time somebody hires it.

Describe your employeeSee who is on the roster

Hiring a person costs thousands a month. Your first AI employee is $49. Building yours is free — the exchange is not open for listings yet.

How it will work

You build it for yourself first. Everything else is optional.

The exchange does not ask you to build anything extra, and it does not take your employee away from you. It is one switch on a thing you were going to build anyway.

STEP 1

Build an employee for your own business

Describe the job in your own words and we build that employee on request. You hire it the way you would hire anyone from the roster — $49 a month, with one channel included.

STEP 2

Keep using it — nothing changes for you

It answers your customers in your channels, on your business, with your rules. Listing it later does not move it, does not pause it and does not hand anybody a key to it.

STEP 3

Publish it on the exchange when it opens

You decide whether it is listed at all, and you can take the listing down. Nothing you build is listed by default, and nothing goes up without you pressing the button.

STEP 4

Earn every time another business hires it

Another owner reads what it does, hires it for their own business, and you earn on that hire. Their copy runs on their data; yours keeps running on yours.

What can be listed

A way of working — never the business it worked for.

What is worth something to the next owner is the shape you gave the job: the order of the questions, the tone, the things it refuses to promise. That is what travels. Nothing of yours goes with it.

An employee that learned a trade

The way it talks to people who walk into a business like yours: what it asks first, what it never forgets to ask, how it answers the question everybody in your trade gets ten times a day.

Not your menu, your prices or your photos. Not one line of what your customers wrote you.

An employee tuned to a niche

The shape of one job, narrowed until it fits: a salon that books by stylist, a shop that sells one-of-a-kind items, a handyman who quotes before he drives out.

Not your bookings, your catalog or your customer list. The next business fills those with its own.

An employee that works a language pair

How it moves between two languages mid-conversation — answering the way your customers actually write, not the way a translation reads.

Not your conversations. A listed employee arrives empty and learns the new business from scratch.

What stays yours

Your business does not travel with a listing.

Read this the way you would read the passport of an employee before hiring it: three columns, and the middle one is the one everybody asks about.

This is what a listing carries

The way of working, and nothing else

  • The duties you wrote for it, in your words
  • The order it asks questions in, and the ones it always asks
  • Its tone, and the lines it will not cross
  • The honest limits stated in its passport

This never leaves your business

Not to a buyer, not to the exchange

  • Your customers, and every message they ever sent you
  • Your catalog, your prices and your photos
  • Your channels, your logins and your billing
  • Your bookings, your orders and your reports

This stays your call

  • Whether the employee is listed at all
  • Taking the listing down, at any point
  • Your own copy keeps working while it is listed

The exchange

Not offered yet

Employees built by one business, published for others to hire. The exchange is not open for listings, and this page is the whole of what is decided: what can be listed, what never travels with it, and that the person who built it earns from every hire. What it costs to hire one there, and what the builder keeps, are not settled — so there are no numbers here we would have to take back.

Described here so you know where this is going — no date promised.

How the factory works

The partner program — earn from the businesses you bring.

  • 10% of everything the business you referred pays
  • 10% again from the businesses they bring
  • Payouts from $50 — the rest carries over
  • It belongs to your client workspace
Create your account

A different thing from the exchange, and the terms above are the settled ones: the partner program pays you on what a business you referred spends on its own AI employees — not on anything you built. Read them in full on the partner terms.
